TheNobles.gift&surprise_hub ("we", "us") is a gift and surprise business run by Rashida Yussif at NIMA and UPSA, Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what information this website handles and how we use it, in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

We do not have user accounts and we do not take payments on this website. We only receive information you choose to send us when you place an order or message us:

• Your name and phone number
• Delivery address or landmark, and the date and time you want your gift
• Names, card messages and notes you add to your order

How your order reaches us

When you press "Place order", your order is saved in our database and shown to the shop owner in the admin area. You are given an order number. You can use that order number with your phone number on the Track your order page to see whether your items are available and how your order is progressing. The same applies to messages sent from the Contact page and to reviews you submit. Our database is hosted by Supabase. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that chat.

Information stored on your device

Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is still there when you come back. After you order, your order number and the phone number you used are also saved there so the Track your order page can find your order quickly. This stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To confirm prices, prepare your order and arrange pickup or delivery
• To contact you about your order

We do not sell your information. We only share what is needed with a delivery rider or partner to complete your delivery.

Third party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Maps. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect technical information such as your IP address when you use them.

Photos

Photos on this website show gifts made by TheNobles. If you send us a photo for a personalised item, we use it only to make your order.

Keeping your information

We keep orders and messages only as long as we need them to complete your order and handle any follow up. You can ask us to delete your order details or messages at any time.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.
