Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with TheNobles.gift&surprise_hub ("we", "us"), owned by Rashida Yussif, NIMA and UPSA, Accra, Ghana. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Orders are placed through the checkout on this website, or by contacting us directly. Placing an order sends your request to us but does not guarantee that every item is available. An order is only confirmed once we check availability and agree the details, price and date with you. You can follow the status of your order on the Track your order page using your order number and phone number. Our services are strictly by appointment, so please order in advance, especially for room decor, custom names, printed items and cakes.

Prices

Prices on the price list are starting prices in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Final prices depend on the design, flowers, quantities and add ons, and we confirm the total with you before you pay. Prices may change without notice, but a price we have confirmed with you will not change for that order.

Payment

We do not take payments on this website. We agree the payment method and any deposit with you once your order is confirmed.

Personalised items

Names, messages, photos and engravings are made exactly as you send them, so please check spelling and details before we start. Because personalised items are made for one person, changes or cancellations after work has begun need to be agreed with us and may not be possible.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver nationwide. Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed on WhatsApp. You can also collect your order at NIMA or UPSA. Please give a correct address, a working phone number and a reachable time. Hotel reservations for room decor are not included in our prices.

Product photos and colours

Photos show examples of our work. Because every gift is made by hand, your gift may differ slightly in colour, flowers, wrapping or arrangement. Items in a box may be substituted with something of similar quality if a product is unavailable, and we will tell you first.

Fresh flowers and food

Flowers, cakes, chocolates and other perishable items should be collected or received promptly and kept as advised. We are not responsible for spoilage after handover.

Our responsibility

We take care to make every gift as agreed. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third party couriers, network issues or events outside our control.

Photos, text and the logo on this website belong to TheNobles.gift&surprise_hub. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
